Western Sydney – Spray Seal Reseal Works for Ventia

NA Group was engaged by long-term client Ventia to deliver large-scale spray seal reseal works across major arterial roads connecting Sydney to the west, including Putty Road, Bells Line of Road, and Springwood Road.
These roads carry extremely high traffic volumes, including a substantial percentage of heavy vehicles, requiring a carefully considered seal design to ensure durability, skid resistance, and long-term performance.

Over 15 day shifts, NA Group completed 195,000 m² of 14mm and 10mm S45R reseals. All seal designs were completed in-house by our experienced Spray Seal Team and delivered in accordance with Specification R107.

A range of technical factors were considered in the design process, including surface temperatures, existing pavement texture, aggregate and bitumen properties, and the required percentages of cutter and adhesion agents.
With minimal disruption to road users and a strong focus on precision and efficiency, this project reflects NA Group’s capability in delivering high-performance spray seal treatments on some of NSW’s busiest roads.
