Mulgoa Road Upgrade – Integrated Works for Seymour Whyte

Mulgoa Road in Penrith is a key north–south arterial route, connecting the Penrith CBD with the M4 Western Motorway, Great Western Highway, and surrounding communities such as Mulgoa and Wallacia. The corridor plays a vital role in improving regional connectivity, reducing congestion, and supporting ongoing population and employment growth across Western Sydney.
NA Group was engaged by Seymour Whyte to deliver a broad scope of pavement works as part of the road’s strategic upgrade. The project is ongoing, with NA Group deploying all three of its core divisions:
  • Asphalt team delivering mill and resheet services
  • Spray seal crew applying precision-designed treatments
  • Concrete division supplying high early strength pavement solutions

Our ability to deliver these integrated services in-house ensures efficient coordination, quality control, and timely delivery across the full pavement lifecycle.
